Shelby Pfeiffer-Reinitz

Shelby is an award-winning director, actor and playwright practicing in Mohkinstis (Calgary). Throughout her career, she has been grateful to work with companies such as DIY Theatre, Theatre Calgary, Alberta Theatre Projects, StoryBook Theatre, Sage Theatre, Vertigo Theatre and The Shakespeare Company on various productions including Million Dollar Quartet, A Wrinkle in Time, The Lightning Thief, and Constellations. She's also composed for multiple "theatre as film" projects during the COVID-19 Pandemic. 
 

Shelby is a classically trained musician with over 15 years of experience teaching voice and piano. She has a Graduate Diploma from the Film Scoring Academy of Europe as well as a Certificate in General Music Studies from Berklee. She's worked with multiple different recording orchestras ranging from solo piano to 52 piece orchestra, and has experience recording both in person and through online platforms.

When not creatively involved in theatre or film, you can most likely find her at home with her husband and three dogs.
